Burpees

Good work the last two days guys!  We have done a ton of burpees and Mike you especially, keep up the good work buddy.

 

Strength:  Bench Press

3/3/3/3/3

with dead-hang pull-ups and rope progressions

WOD:

5 Rounds

10 Kettle bell swings

10 burpees
