Strength:  Bench Press 3/3/3/3/3 in between sets work squat depth on the racks.

WOD:  7min AMRAP

1 deadlift

2 sit-ups

3 deadlift

4 sit-ups

5 deadlifts

6 sit-ups well you get the idea.  Count highest round!
