While we are on the subject of Diamond in the Tough, we are looking for volunteers to work the event Saturday September 29th.  If you think you’re interested in helping out e-mail/txt/ or call me and I’ll get you signed up.

Strength:  Clean 2/2/2/2/2 work form and technique and do not go up in weight until you are comfortable with your set up and execution of the lift.

WOD:  5 Rounds

3 pull-ups

5 Clean and Jerks

7 Walking plate lunges

200m run/row
