New Times!

New Times for all you wanting to add another day to your training!  Since many of you have requested the addition of another day we are going to try out Tuesdays.  If there are other times that work for you please let me know.  I’m open to adding new times and other days but I request at least 3 members to commit to that time.  Start your engines!

Tuesdays:  6:00 AM and 4:30 PM!

Strength:  Back Squat

WOD:  5 Rounds

5 Clean and Jerks

7 Bar facing burpees
