Saturday’s schedule will remain the same with Dave Millar coaching at 8:00.  After your workout be sure to head to the Affiliate Challenge at CrossFit Santa Cruz to watch your fellow members battle other Santa Cruz CrossFit’s.  

CrossFit Santa Cruz is located on Mission St. extension, you can’t miss it!  Hope to see you all there.

1min wall balls 

rest 30 seconds

1 min of plank holds

rest 30 seconds

1 min toes to bar or hanging knee raises.

WOD:  8 min AMRAP

3 Power cleans

6 Wall balls

12 D.U.’s or 36 singles
