Strength:  Push Press 3/3/3/3/3 with Pull-ups or Toes to Bar practice between sets.

WOD:

50 Double unders or 100 singles

21 hang power cleans

50 Doubles or 100 singles

15 hang power cleans

50 Doubles or 100 singles

9 hang power cleans
