Some of you have really enjoyed our “On the Minute” work-outs and I’m giving you some freedom to come up with a couple work outs.  Think about a classic couplet that can be completed on the minute and we will try and throw it in a couple times per week for you!

Strength:  Back Squat 3/3/3/3/3

7 knee raises between sets

WOD:  4 Rounds

5 Push Press

10 box jumps

200m run
