I’m adding a 6:00AM Thursday  to our schedule.  We had 5 members this morning so if you are looking to add a day this is the class for you!

1000m row for time

On the Minute for 9 mins –

3 bar facing burpess

5 hang power cleans

WOD

3 Rounds

5 Thrusters (try and go a bit heavier here)

100m Sprint
