I know I sound like a broken record but Open time is getting closer and closer and I still haven’t had firm confirmations from you guys.  The Open is all about fun and community.  You get to count for your fellow member and cheer them on as they tackle workouts.  Some good friendships come out of doing the open.  I had Jason N. count for me and for the last couple years he has been my lucky charm.  The biggest take away is showing support for your community and building ties with people in other classes.  I look forward to counting for you guys.  If nothing else we usually do workouts on Sunday mornings so it’s fun to come down to the gym for an hour or two and see the action unfold.  Come see me if you need help getting signed up.

I think it’s also important to note that signing up for the open gives you chance to donate money to a great cause.  It just so happens Thomas one our members is spearheading the project.   It’s a great cause and if you want more information go to the website.
