My members never cease to amaze me.  Yesterday, Mike B got his first rope climb.  After watching Tami go up and down with ease Mike scrapped his way up the rope.  Way to go Mike!

On another note, I was just talking to Will D. and he mentioned his bone density has increased since he has been doing CrossFit Longevity.  I’m here to tell you that if you come in and train 2-3 times a week you can slow down or in this case reverse the aging process.  Will is the second member to increase bone density since starting CrossFit Longevity.  As we begin to load the skeletal system with weight our bodies are forced to increase the hormones necessary to build muscle and bone.  Just because you get older doesn’t mean you can’t benefit from strength training.  I have a large group of people who would agree, CrossFit Longevity makes people of any age stronger.  Keep up the good work you guys and keep training!
