One of our newest members has never lifted a weight in her life.  She came to us because she understood the need to stay strong and be strong to improve her quality of life.  Through hard work and consistency she has managed to make huge gains in her strength.  The picture above displays 2 months of hard work and Nancy continues to make gains, squat lower and achieve better balance.  She knows the importance of weight training and CrossFit but why don’t you?
