With the Affiliate Cup  fast approaching there has been lot’s of talk about movement standards.  I have a couple people concerned with the movements and their corresponding standards.  It is a tough balancing act and some of you will have to dig deep to go down that extra inch in the squat, keep that press locked out over head or maintain a straight up and down kettle bell.  These are all movements we can get lazy with.  I harp on you guys all the time regarding depth and quality of movement but in the end it’s up to you to master the movement.  As the affiliate cup nears every athlete should be paying close attention to their movement standards because you will have a judge determining if you are doing it correct during the competition.  Just food for thought guys!  Keep up the good work.

Strength:  Snatch Work

2/2/2/2/2 and Overhead Squat Work 2/2/2/2/2

WOD:  

1 minute of wall balls

AMRAP for 3 Mins of

6 Front Squats

6 Pull-ups

1 minute of wall balls

AMRAP for 3 Mins of

6 Front Squats

6 Pull-ups

1 minute of wall balls

Then 6 Minutes to find a 1 Rep Max Front Squat
