The Coach, Athlete relationship is unique.  As a Coach I’m here to get the most out of you, get you the greatest fitness you are capable of while balancing your own health.  I try to do the best I can when taking stock in my athletes but sometimes I miss the mark.  I’m here to make things better, not worse so if there is something I’m missing feel free to tell me.  I’m not perfect and can’t read everyone,  so if you are too sore let me know so I can adjust your workload.  Sometimes we need a week off to heal and find that drive again, please tell me what’s going.  I guess what I’m trying to say is, keep me in the loop with how you are feeling about anything during class and let me make adjustments in your training so you do get the most out of it!

Strength:  OTM:  12 minutes

Odd:  4 push press

10 double unders

Even:  5 Toes 2 Bar/ knee raises/ knees to elbows
