Since we have completed both our squat and press progressions,  the month of April will be dedicated to skill work.  We are changing gears and revisiting the quality of movements for all our lifts while introducing new skills and skill progressions.  Good luck!

Strength:  5 Rounds of 60m Sled push

10 push-ups

20 sit-ups

WOD:  EMOM for 8 mins

ODD mins – 12 front rack weighted walking lunges

EVEN mins – 12 weighted good mornings
