Mobility Class Wednesday September 10th at 9:00 AM.

 Trial cost is $20 per class but if we can get more people committed we can bring the cost down.  In order for Ellen to come down to SC we will need 3 commitments to make it possible.  Please e-mail me so I know who is coming and how many.  john@crossfitlongevity.com.  This is a trial.  If all goes well we will figure out a way to bring Ellen on board for a cost effective rate for all.  Thanks so much for your support!
