“U’ilani Fund Ohana Ride for Breast Cancer–Saturday, October 25

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Crossfit Longevity is doing its part by helping to sponsor “The U’ilani Fund Ohana Ride For breast Cancer” in Santa Cruz on Saturday, October 25.  This Hawaiian themed ride will include 25, 45 and 65 mile routes for riders to choose from and will include fabulously delicious rest stops and lunch at Gizdich Ranch.  At the conclusion of the ride there will be a celebratory luau with great Hawaiian food, Piña Coladas, fun prizes and Hawaiian music by the amazing Patti Maxine and friends.
The U’ilani Fund is a locally based non-profit that helps local women being treated for breast cancer by providing funding for complementary care such as acupuncture and massage.  These complementary treatments help women to manage to side effects of cancer treatments and have a better quality of life while dealing with breast cancer.

Come out to support this great cause and show your CrossFit Longevity spirit!  Not a bike rider? Come to the luau and enjoy the food, drink and music!  Find out more about The U’ilani Fund, the luau and register for the ride by going to the website at: www.uilanifund.org.

Come out and support our very own Suzanne Nicholas for a great day and a good cause!
