Affiliate Cup Sunday October 19th ALL DAY!

Come out and support you fellow Longevity members for a fun day at our gym!  I need volunteers to help run the day of so come talk to me about working the event!

Front Squat:  2/2/2/2/2

WOD:  9 Minute AMRAP

3 Clean and Jerks

6 Burpees

9 KB swings

3 Toes to bar at the top of every minute.
