Dan A. has been with me for 3 years and in that time he has made incredible gains.  To give you some background Dan came to me with very limited mobility and wanted to do CrossFit to participate in his first triathlon.  He has made incredible strength gains but the squat has eluded him.  At 6’6″,  70 years old,  and two knee surgeries, getting below parallel seemed impossible.  To his credit Dan stayed consistent in his training despite his struggles with the squat.  However, because of our great mobility instructor, Ellen Bloom, last Wednesday was absolute progress!  As you can see from the picture he is down farther than I’ve ever seen him go and I’m excited to see him get below parallel.  Awesome job Dan and Ellen!  Anything is possible when you want it.
