Hi everyone!

I need to take a head count on Wednesday’s Mobility class with Ellen.  Please e-mail by tonight if you are planning on being in Ellens class.  We will be focusing on activation drills for the posterior shoulder AKA the rotator cuff  Hope to see a big class!
