You are at the fork in the road and it’s time. Time to choose. The path of least resistance rarely leads to the road to success. Try the other path this time. Try the one where you add 5 lbs. to the bar. Try the one where you run instead of walk. Try the one where you just DO THE WORK – instead of thinking about all the reasons you can’t. You might find that by the time you get to your destination, you are stronger, faster and more confident. Hmmm. Doesn’t sound like much of a choice to me…
