Get Outside

It’s officially summer and it’s time to take all this fitness outside and do something with it! Go for a hike, swim, go body surfing or get on your bike and hit the trails. Get some of your fit friends together for a beach volleyball game. The sunshine will lift your mood and get you some much needed Vitamin D. Who knows, maybe we’ll bring some our workouts outside too!
