Did you see the newsletter? If not, that means we don’t have your email address! The newsletter will come out once a month (more often if we have something important to say!) and will be full of information you don’t want to miss. It also allows you to submit events to us so we can let your gym-mates know! So, if you didn’t see it, you can see it here, and if we don’t have your email address, you can sign up on the website! Also, the newsletter is a great way to introduce a friend to the program and the website. I happen to think we have a pretty great community that more people need to know about – so we can see more smiles, more pr’s, more healthy, fit people in class every day!
