The ladies of the new 8AM Tues/Thurs class!

Did you know there’s a new class added to the schedule?? For all of you 8AM fans, you now have TWO MORE days to get to the gym! Tuesday and Thursday now have 8AM classes led by Coach Andrea. You now have ample opportunity to make up missed workouts and you might even find a little increased fitness by adding an extra day to your training. Let’s show Andrea some love and get to her class – she’s a great coach and you’ll get to work out with the ladies above!
