It’s Hot in Here

Nice job ladies!

We are just about half way through summer and you may have noticed it has been pretty warm in the gym lately, especially in the afternoon. That makes it even more important that you hydrate throughout the day so when you get to the gym you aren’t already working at a deficit. Keep a bottle of water with you and drink throughout the day. Make sure you refuel and hydrate after your workout as well.

18 box jumps
