What’s Next


What comes next? Don’t worry about it. Do what is in front of you now. What is next can wait. It’s been waiting your whole life – what’s one more moment? Anticipation can get you in all kinds of trouble. Be present and give your best to THIS moment. If you are busy giving thought to what comes next, what is right in front of you invariably suffers…a missed lift, poor form, or in the worst case an injury. Worry only brings what-if’s and what you need are when’s. WHEN you make that lift, not  IF, then move on to the next moment and focus on that. Funny how it works outside the gym too.
