Uh oh….skipped a day or two. And here are my excuses….been tired, angry, happy, busy, bored, agitated, sad, euphoric, excited. Pick one. I’ve been them all in a matter of days so any of them could be the reason. Although, I might just be lazy. Either way, here is today’s workout…short and sweet.
