Sometimes we tend to take life too seriously. We like our comfort zone. It’s warm and cozy there.  There are so many things you think you “have to do” that you forget how to have a little fun once in a while. We stick to what we know and what we think is expected of us and by doing so, we miss out on a whole lot of other stuff that is out there swirling around us, just waiting for us to grab on and take it for a ride. Do something different or unexpected and see what happens. Be loud. Be a disruptor (I LOVE disrupting 6 am class). Unbutton one more button. Laugh when no one else is. Count out loud.  Dress up like Carmen Miranda…then go to the grocery store. Pick up the 20lb dumbbells instead of the 15’s. Say screw it to that band you’ve been using for pull ups and just try one. Challenge yourself to do something out of the ordinary for YOU. It might be an epic failure – if so, laugh and move on. But you might find fantastic success. And, you might find you have some fun in the process…
