Yay it’s Monday! I know, something about that seems a little off. It’s often hard to get enthusiastic about Monday, especially if you had an awesome weekend and Monday means going back to work. BUT, it also means getting back to the gym and working off that awesome weekend you had and that IS something to get enthusiastic about RIGHT??? Oh yeah. And the squatting. Be enthusiastic about the squatting too because we are almost at the half-way mark!
