CrossFit Longevity is an exercise regimen for 40+ individuals who want to maintain independent living and improve quality of life through functional fitness. To do this we combine weight training, gymnastic movements, and cardiovascular conditioning. CrossFit Longevity welcomes all levels of fitness and provides programs for anyone over the age of 40, from the de-conditioned individual to the seasoned athlete.
